No Refund & Rescheduling Policy

At our Vocational Training Institute, we are committed to providing high-quality, industry-standard training. To maintain our small class sizes and secure expert instructors, we operate under a No Refund Policy.

By enrolling in our programs, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. No Refunds

All payments made for tuition, registration, and materials are non-refundable. We encourage all students to carefully review course details, schedules, and prerequisites before completing their enrollment.

2. Rescheduling & Future Credit

We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise. If you are unable to attend your scheduled training:

• Credit for Future Use: Your payment will be held as credit toward a future session of the same course or another program of equal value.

• Validity: This credit must be used within 12 months of the original course start date.

• Notice Period: To ensure a seat in a future session, please notify us at least 5 business days before your original start date.

3. Participant Substitutions

If you cannot attend, you may send a qualified substitute in your place at no extra charge, provided you notify us in writing via email at least 48 hours before the course begins.

4. Course Cancellation by the Institute

In the rare event that the Institute must cancel a course due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., instructor illness or low enrollment), we will offer you the choice of:

• A priority seat in the next available session.

• A full credit toward any other program offered by the Institute.
