Daikin VRV-X & R-32 Training

This course will provide AC technicians with the knowledge and skills needed to install, maintain and troubleshoot Daikin-X VRV systems. Our certified trainers will guide you through the latest technologies and best practices.

COURSE REQUIREMENTS & TARGET GROUP

Must be a practicing air conditioning technician and engineering graduate requiring technical knowledge on commercial air‐conditioning systems, commissioning, fault diagnostics and maintenance.

MODE OF DELIVERY

Our trainings are held in a comfortable and modern facility, delivered in an interactive and engaging format. All of our courses are designed to provide the knowledge and skills needed to confidently and accurately operate a VRV air conditioning system. The following is also provided:

• Each trainee will be issued with hand tools and power tools required to do all practical tasks

• Practical hands on sessions using a Daikin-X VRV system located at our training facility

• Classroom Presentation - use of PowerPoint and visual aids

• Audio/video techniques

• One-to-one instruction and team-building exercises in groups

• Feedback from the participants during each topic forms an important element of the learning process

LEARNING OBJECTIVES

On successful completion of this course each trainee will be prepared to confidently and accurately use and maintain Daikin's VRV-X system as well as have a good understanding of the following training contents:

• Handling of high pressure refrigerant gas

• Safety of brazing works

• Safety of electrical works

• R32 Refrigerant

• Introduction to P-H chart

• Psychometric chart / Introduction

• Inverter AC - Energy Efficiency

• Introduction and Installation of DGT - Daikin Gas Tight Joints

• Basics of VRV systems, installation and commissioning

• Use of remote controller - Madoka

• Outdoor units parameters

• Troubleshooting and error codes ASSESSMENT Multiple-choice examination & competency based practical examination

CERTIFICATE

On completion learners will receive a certificate issued by Etiwa Tech endorsed by Daikin.
